Managing Employees

Managing employees can be challenging at the best of times. Employees have protection from unfair dismissal and adverse action amongst other things. Employers need to be aware of these important issues and how they could impact on their workplace. This workshop will help you and your business by explaining some of these concepts, stepping through some practical workplace scenarios, and looking at recent decisions of Fair Work Australia and other courts and what they mean for you. The knowledge gained will help you reduce the risks associated with managing common workplace situations.
