Refunds will be issued in full if notification is received 7 days prior to the event or in the case where a workshop may be cancelled due to lack of numbers. Payments can be transferred to another workshop or you may nominate a substitute participant. NSW IR reserves the right to cancel workshops and will make every effort to advise you.
