Managing Employees - A Problem Free Workshop
Managing employees can be challenging at the best of times. Employees have protection from unfair dismissal and adverse action amongst other things. Employers need to be aware of these important issues and how they could impact on their workplace. This workshop will help you and your business by explaining some of these concepts, stepping through some practical workplace scenarios, and looking at recent decisions of Fair Work Australia and other courts and what they mean for you. The knowledge gained will help you reduce the risks associated with managing common workplace situations.

*** Please be advised that this is paid workshop. Once registering you will receive a payment form attached to your confirmation email. Please ensure payments are forwarded to NSW IR ASAP to ensure your placing. Should you wish to cancel or transfer to another date, please reply email to 'irworkshops@services.nsw.gov.au' ASAP.***

Refunds will be issued in full if notification is received 7 days prior to the event or in the case where a workshop may be cancelled due to lack of numbers. Payments can be transferred to another workshop or you may nominate a substitute participant. NSW IR reserves the right to cancel workshops and will make every effort to advise you.
